Should you eat them or should you not eat them?
I eat some of them some times but not all.
Today has me more concerned then most.
I have at close to 2k of calories.
I am a little short on them but not a concern really.
The thing is I done a good work out and now I am even further below.
Will it truely hurt me or not?
I seem to be losing but was more curious then anything on others thoughts and / or opinions.

Depends how you set up your goals. Did you include exercise in your activity level? If so, don't eat them back. If you didn't include exercise in your activity, eat them back (75-80% to allow for error).0

I did not include the exercise in.
I have a good reserve but it is getting smaller.
Thanks for the reply!0 -
