Need some motivation

So I have been on Spring Break and have not been watching my calorie intake for about a week now. Starting Monday I will be back on my diet and working out and could use a little motivation. I feel like once you get off track a little it is so hard to get back on. Also I have been doing MFP for about 8 weeks now and I have lost about 8 lbs and that is with weight training. I keep getting stuck and it is very discouraging. :(
