How does everyone log their "bite, licks, and tastes" in their food diary? For instance, tonight I thought I was going to have a Healthy Choice Steamer meal and after I had a few fork fulls I decided I didn't care for it... how the heck do I log that? I didn't even make a dent in it? Thanks in advance for any advice or knowledge on this!

    Normally for something like that I would just Quick Add calories. I try to guess what I think it would be and then add a few extra calories just to be on the safe side.

    I haven't even seen the quick calorie option until last night on my phone so thanks for that fyi! :)
