Hi all! My BFF told me about this site and I decided it is time!! 
My name is Mindy and I am from Iowa. I am a SAHM to 3 little girls ( 5, 2, and 10 months). Now that I am done having babies I have really decided it is time to lose the baby weight! I am hoping to lose 20-25 lbs. I don't know much about this site but it looks like it is going to be A LOT of help!
