Ok, so the topic might be misleading, but I have the tan lines to prove for my day. Today was spend planting my garden. Done, wearing a tank top. Something I would never have done in a tank top before. Ok, even 2 months ago.........but, Ive been working with a trainer, 3 times a week, since Thanksgiving week. I decided, that I know, Im still over 200lbs, but Im starting to show some arm definition, why not sport a tank??
Its a good thing, that I live in a VERY small town (pop 76) and have no neighbors............but, I really didnt care. I was outside, on a beautiful day, doing something good for ME. It was a good day!! Who knew gardening could be so much fun, and keep a person moving??? Even if it was mainly my hips? I did my lunges, I did my kicks & my punches. I was moving, verses sitting in the house doing nothing. Its a good feeling knowing that I spent my day being productive.
Now, I find myself wondering how am I going to make it thru a week on vacation in San Diego in June without hearing Trevors voice in my head???? I already have planned the San Diego Zoo, ( I have been told that my 3wk old grandson will be wanting to go) rock climbing, running on the beach, and taking 2 great danes for their daily runs/walk.
It was a good day. Who knew that when I started working with a PT, it would have such an impact on me????????????
