Hi I'm Jane - new to the site and determined to get myself in shape and lose weight prior to hitting 50!! Anyone out there that has any helpful tips of where to find reasonably easy low cal recipes without trawling all the "high fat" recipes that are included in most of the sites, I would love to hear from you.

    Hi Jane...just added you!! Good luck with your loss and please do feel free to have a nose around my diary if you're struggling for ideas. I know being nosey with other peoples diaries has helped me loads :)

    Hi. my name is casie. I am also new to this site. I lost about 80 lbs 2 years ago, and have been doing well as far as keeping the weight around the same area. Right now i feel like my biggest struggle is losing the rest of the weight i want to and tightening up. My friend introduced me to this website, because i was discussing how i should track what i eat and how much, cause i actually don't feel i eat enough. Its frustrating because i feel like the more i eat, then my weight increases. But she tells me that the less i eat, then the less my metabolism speeds up and thats where i could be having the issues. she says that i need to at least hit my max calorie intake. So if anyone has any tips or info about this that would be great. right now my weight is 156 and i would like to get down to 140-145. i would be comfortable in that weight group. thank you!
