    No snacks got busy and forgot - eating out for dinner so I'll end up using my calories there then go jog them off.

    MKOFF , looked like we got them all meals and snacks cover now.. This is helping me stay in forcus. thanks For starting Lunch.

    I've had about a quater cantaloupe with lunch and Vitamuffin VitaTop and a Newton Crisp for 2 snacks today. I'll also have some raw vegggies with balsamic vin. later tonight.

    Afternoon snack:
    1 serving of sea salt soy crisps w/ 1 T. Naturally More PB = yum!!

    Will probably have a yogurt + strawberries for an after dinner snack!

    haen't had any snacks today yet. If my Blood sugar is low after dinner and before bedtime i will have a fruit. other wise i go without a snack.

    I had a Kashi granola bar for my morning snack
    A Del Monte Mango and Peach fruit cup for my afternoon snack
    And soon I will be having a Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich for an evening snack/treat because I did an extra 10 minute jog with my puppy after dinner!

    I did also have a bag of Popcorn flavored Crispy Mini's in my bag as a snack but I didn't touch it! YAY!

    1 small Yogurt.
    1 small Cott cheese w/Fruit
    1 apple
    few almonds.

    Cut up the apple, spread in the yogurt and cottage cheese, mix around, and top with crushed almonds.
    Mmmmmmmm.
