    Well I'm a veggie with very limited money and am down a bit on my protein intake and some food that contain a lot and are veggie can be quite expensive so I had, 3 low fat yogurts !

    I picked up some nuts at the store today - they were on sale. My food find of the week is Emerald Cocoa Roast Almonds - Dark Chocolate. OMG - they are sooo good. There is the same amount of calories as in regular almonds, and carbs and fiber, but they have this sweet cocoa crust on the outside. Yummy!!! 1/2 oz (14 almonds) has 75 calories, 12.5 mg of sodium, 105 mg of potassium, 3 grams of carb and 1.5 grams of fiber and 3 grams of protein. They are so yummy!! I've also had some Blue Diamond Natural Almonds - good too!

    Haven't had any yet. but plan on 1/4 c cottage cheese and 1/2 c straberries for my carb and protein snack before bedtime.
