Hellp! food diary bug

this morning i could not log my food, as there seemed to be a problem with mfp server, it also wouldn't let me send a message.
but i have now gone into my diary to try again, and i have found 3 copys of each food i tried to select earlier and am unable to delete them as a red message comes up 'food not in database' and i cant delete any of the food thats wrong, is there any way to fix this??? as it it also showing up on my fitbit graphs and i dont want it on there messing up my graphs!
