Ok I am new at this. My questions are: When I filled out the info when I signed up, I put that I exercise 3 times a week. So under the Exercise tab, do I put that in each day that I do exercise or not, since it was already calculated in? And if I go above the 3 times a week, that only should be entered? Hope this make sense. Thanks

Yep, it makes perfect sense! Yes, you should enter all your exercise. The info you enter about how much you intend to work out doesn't actually go into the calculations, which is confusing, because all the other info does. I think the only reason they ask that question is so you can track whether you meet your exercise goals, but I wish they'd find a different place to have you enter it, because it IS confusing. It's completely reasonable for a new person to assume that goes into the calculation along with all the other info you enter.
