What are the net calories? Are they the total calories I have consumed during the day?

Net calories are equal to the calories you have eaten less those you have used in your workout. If you eat all your exercise calories they should equal those mfp gave you to lose weight.0

Net calories are your total calorie consumption for the day. Basically it is a subtraction of your exercise calories from your intake calories (calories from food) - for example, if you eat 1400 calories, and burn 400 calories, your net would only be 1000 calories - so you would probably want to eat back some or all of your exercise calories to reach a healthy net.0
