Anyone else find they CANNOT deviate from calorie counting obsessively...even for a day or two.
Anyone else fill like missing even a few days (or in my case like 5 days) simply leads to weight gain. UGGG.

OMG yes! I have been so bad since my birthday. I had it 150lbs but now I've jumped back up to 154
Today feels like back to the drawing board.

Oh god yes, I havnt missed a day since starting, even log when I have a bad day so i can see how bad I have been. I feel like if I dont log and keep focused on it will just end up putting on what I have lost. :flowerforyou:0
