diet protein shakes work????

for weight loss? anyone know much about it??? i dont have much weight to loose - about 6 - 8 kgs. im quite slim and do a lot of exercise. i was wondering if the diet protein shakes might help - low calorie, high protein green tea and antioxsys. has anyone tried it had succsess or failure. im a personal trainer and am often approached about this topic and as i have never used them i unsure if they work. but would really be greatful to know your experiences.....

    do you mean in sense of meal replacements? because i think so. im a trainer as well i use to use muscle milk lite with almond milk (totaled about 135 calories) add ice to make it more thick. about 160 if you wanted 1/4 banana. and now since i want to bulk im doing monster milk with pb ice almond milk and more banana lol. but they do fill you up and taste good low sugar low calorie low carb good protein. my clients normally did the lite or a whey protein low in calorie as well. worked for them did it as a post workout snack especially on lift days. and the chocolate flavors are ALWAYS good :DD:D

    yes im thinking of having it in place of say my lunch on a work out day with some fruit like a banana. because firstky it will be more calories than id have in my 'lunch' and i normally just binge other wise and im thinking that having that as lunch may help prevent help me loose the few kgs and keep a bit more healthy, as you probably know im not good at healthy seeing as i have been ED for years!!!!!

    thankyou for your advice. im gunna try it :) im going with my protein the light double chocolate :) only on work out days tho :)

    no problem and im the same way ED has screwed me in so many ways some days a shake is way easier to manage then anything else. plus its quick and easy to take on the go!
