Calorie Counting?

Hello FitnessPal Community,
Starting today, I will be calorie counting to loss weight. I was on a diet for two months and lost 30 pounds.Got tired of that diet, now I'll be calorie counting and eating whatever I want. I was brought to this site by www.344pounds.com, a guy who lost over 150 pounds calorie counting.
I now weigh 196 pounds and hope to loss about 40 pounds or so.

It works and it's kind of fun to enter the food you eat here on this site. I've been tracking my food intake this since November and never miss a day. Good luck to you.0

Hi Tensa, Good thing to get back on a whatever takes your fancy diet regime-wise but I'm afraid the idea of eating exactly what you like, which I presume you may be thinking of pizzas or McDonalds etc,..is not going to help matters. Even with calorie counting you have to be aware that you need foods that will keep you in good health and that means a lot of things will be quite limited in order to keep to your accounted calories.
