                    Hello all! Finally got around to posting a 'hello" 
Been at this for awhile now, and so far it really has been working. I think keeping myself accountable is really helping. It also helps that my best friend and I are doing this together! I put on an extra 75 or so pounds about 5 years ago, and just haven't been able to successfully lose it so far. I'm getting sick of it constantly being a problem, not feeling my best, etc - decided this was a good time to really make myself push for it. Love this site!
I'd be open to any suggestions to keeping the snacking to a minimum at night, I work 3rd shift some nights and even the nights I don't, I find myself opening the fridge time and time again. Usually that is when I go over on my calories.
