Thinking of Changing My Goals--Feedback welcome!

I am thinking about changing my goals a bit--overall, my goal is to lose a total of 90 lbs...but it seems a bit discouraging to see the slow movement. I am thinking I should focus on 20lb increments in order to keep me motivated?

I personally would keep the 90# goal, then set up a bunch of mini-goals and rewards, so you have different things to focus on and look forward to. For instance, I get a little reward for every 5 pounds, a nicer one for every 10 (I'm 1 pound away from a nice, long massage!), and at the end, a new wardrobe. This next month I'm going to up my exercise 30 minutes/5 days a week. In May I plan on the 30 Day Shred, in June the C25K, heavier weights in July.0

I really like that idea--the mini-rewards system. I will def incorporate that!0
