I have seen amazing success stories and they are so encouraging to help me want to work out so I can say I did it too! Im 5'7 and started on here at 185ish with my goal to be 150-155lbs! I would love to see stories of people who had similar weight loss goals, how you did it and how long it took you! I know it is not going to happen fast and im okay with that, I just want to make sure im doing everything I can to have the most success! currently im working out 7 days a week for my 30DS and adding about 3-4 days of Zumba or walking and eating 1200 calories! Im private but you can send a friend request so you can see my before & during pics ( I plan to post for the public if I make it to 30 lbs this week, which will be approx half way point ). I have lost 28 lbs in 11 weeks, so just think if you are like me you can be at your goal by mid June! :-) I started at 202 and my goal is approx 145 (depends on how I feel when I get closer to that weight) I am 5'6". I normally eat very close to 1200 calories a day and I might average 500-700 calorie burns approx. 5 days a week. Sometimes I go over my calories a few times a week and very very rarely (since you shouldn't go below 1200) I have not ate all of my 1200. I am normally very satisfied. I have been told to drink a gallon of water a day (by a personal trainer) I normally get all but 20 oz of that gallon drank. Id say since your younger you can probably have just as good luck or better than me because I am 36 and they say the older you get sometime tought to lose (but I have not found that true) I have struggled w/gaining and losing all my life. Hmm Im trying to make sure I have told you everything. If you have any questions just ask! My exercise includes a wide variety of workouts (very little strength because I am in a biggest loser competition, so in my brain I feel cardio will get me further, although strength is very good too because it burns fat longer after a workout) My final biggest loser weigh in is on tuesday and I plan to start a lot more weight training then!0
