Confused about calorie needs, Please help,

I am currently set to have 1280cals/day, and dont know if I should change this. My BMR is 1421 and to lose weight it calculated to 1528 cals/day. This seems like a lot of food especially for someone who has been eating maybe 2 meals a day. I have been doing okay with eating more meals but this is still taking time to break myself out of old habits. So should I stay at 1280 or up my cals?

    You only have 15- 20 pounds to lose?

    You should never eat below your BMR, with a small amount of weight to lose. Eat the amount given if you set your Goals to "Lose 1/2 pound per week."

    Eat your exercise cals. You cannot afford to try to speed this up at your weight.
