Ive been a member for quite a while and seriously need morale support.

I have suffered on and off with depression and keep forgetting to take my tablets (1 issue). When I fall off the wagon, I dont fall off, I am projectile catapaulted off! (issue 2). If there is a week where I am not losing any weight I give up (issue 3) and I am an emotional eater (issue 4).

I would love to go to the gym but cannot afford to, so having to work out at home.

I am a mum to 2 girls (13 and 7), I am 37 and have been married for 15 1/2 years.

I really need some friends who will give me a good kick up the *kitten* (hence why I love Jillian Michaels!).

Any adds would be appreciated. Also Im 177lbs, 5'2" and aim to get to 140lb!

Feel free to add me if you like!

I'll tell you if you're getting off track, track you down when you don't log in, and let you know when your diet log looks like junk!

I try to keep it constructive, but if you prefer sarcasm, I can do that too!

I am totally an emotional eater... got divorced 2 years ago and have put on 25 lbs since. Kept gaining even when I started dating a guy I really like, because eating is fun and eating with someone else is even more fun! For me, food = happy, food = sad, food = bored, food = angry, food = celebrations, food = funerals, food = everything. That's how I was raised and how those around me were raised. I was good at fighting it off when I was in my 20's and early 30's, but the past few years, I've turned back to food for comfort in a big weigh (sorry, couldn't help myself there).

Good luck reaching your goals here! Add me if you want!
