The more support the better....getting bored with the same people ....not that I don't appreciate them but add me for some more support if you want ...the more the merrier!!! lol

hi just joined a few minutes ago. not sure how this works, i am allowes 1,200 calories a day. now what do i do write down what i had for brkfst, lunch dinner and snacks and add total calories?or is there something on the plan where i am suppose to ad my food intake?0

Click the Food tab and add what you have eaten. Then click the Exercise tab and add any exercise you have done today.0
