Hey all, :flowerforyou:
I hope this helps a bunch of you who have been caught in the battle of keeping your calories down, but you always feel hungry or craving sweets. I went to the Cleveland Clinic Wellness Center and Dr. recommended me taking the following things.
Chromium Picolinate - 200 mcg - This increases the efficiency of insulin and is a weight loss aid - I take in the morning;
Glucomannan - I take 1 gm about 1 hour before lunch/dinner - This helps the blood sugar levels;
Gynmema - I take 2-300 mg after breakfast and after lunch - This helps with sugar craving.

I also take Indole-3 carbinol daily for antioxidants. and try to drink green tea 1-2 times a day.

I have cut back on white carbs - more protein.
The thing is these items are helping me control my urges - I have lost 5 pounds in 4 days...I know it will slow down, but it is good to know I can have a little help without feeling jittery or have a stomach ache.

Please read up on these things...and consult a doctor...if you are diabetic, please do not take without consulting a doctor.
It is just great to not actually feel like I HAVE to go to the pantry for a cookie or a piece of chocolate. The supplements have helped me feel even, as far as sugar levels, and given me a sense that I can finally loose the weight. I will hopefully post back to let you know my progress - want to loose 50 by 50. (8 months)
