Your obsessed!

People keep telling me that I'm obsessed and really going overboard with this lifestyle change... Well all I can say is at least Im obsessed about changing my life in a good healthy way! This takes hard work and dedication. I want to learn and grow from this. Losing weight, working out, and eating right is a learning process and I love every minute of it. I want to be knowledgeable so I can help other people and not just myself. I weight things to learn portion control. I research online about different foods to eat and what the benefits are. I look up healthy recipes. I look at what other people eat to get ideas. I look up exercises and try new techniques. I get upset when people ask how I am losing weight and I tell them and they say I can't diet like that. People always want quick fixes and there are none. I have tried so many things thinking that I could find a easy way out and failed every time. People don't want to give things up or try new things. People fear what they don't know...As for me, I'm doing it this time! I'm making the changes and getting results and do not feel like I'm missing out on anything because when I do think I have a craving I replace it with something else. I think of what eating that one thing might cost me and it becomes easier and easier to say no. This isn't just a body transformation, its a total mental transformation. So what if I'm obsessed, I'm getting the results I want. I know that what I'm doing is paying off and I'm happy about that. And in reality I'm almost convinced that the reason people make these comments is because they don't have the dedication to do what I do and they wish they did. Some people may not have to do what I'm doing to get the same results as me and Im happy for them but its not so easy for me so I do what I need to. Call it what you want, call it obsessed, call it going overboard but you want to know what I call it, I call it SUCCESS!
