Losing Motivation?

I know it's hard to stay motivated. At first, you start out all ready to go, but then life gets in the way and slowly, the workouts become less and less frequent. Your healthy eating starts to slowly get worse as well. It's easy to have that extra cookie, or completely splurge on that night out with your friends. I know I wasn't really motivated until I joined a support group. We were all going through the same thing and experiencing the same issues. We kept each other motivated and enjoyed a nice friendly competition. This group helped me change my ways and that's what I'd like to do for others. I'd like to be that change that you need.
