Hi MFP peeps,
I've been trying to lose weight since November of last year. I've been doing pretty well and lost a total of 17 pounds so far
I want to get out of the 160's by May 18th (my first year anniversary with my hubby) and i'm currently at about 166. I was thinking of dropping my goal per week from one pounds to two, just to ensure that the weight is actually lost by then. I'm a little nervous because I know that I'm already close to my ideal weight (my goal is about 145) and I don't know how safe or realistic it is to try to lose that much each week. I also don't always eat back all of my exercise calories (I like to have a buffer in case I forgot to log something or what I logged is wrong) I know that more per week isn't necessarily better... So i guess I just want to hear your thoughts
Any advice is appreciated!
Thanks!
Stephanie
