help to kick it up a notch.

Hi all. So I have been losing weight for a long time, just doing my own thing and only judging by my clothes and not the scale(because i was too scared). Although i'm not sure how many kg's, I had dropped about 2-3 pant sizes before joining MFP 8 weeks ago. For the first 4 weeks, I lost a kilo a week then it slowed, to a total of 5.9kgs in 8 weeks. I am working out 6 days a week alternating cardio and heavy lifting under the advice of a trainer. I am following my cal count religiously and varying my foods. I have a cheat meal each week. Any tips for kicking it up a notch. I'm happy that i'm losing but would like a touch more momentum ;)
