Each time my calories intake lower to another 20 point after I update it on my weight loss. Do I keep my original calorie count or is it suppose to lower? Do you update your fitness/nutrition profile after weight loss?

The less you weigh, the lower your caloric intake will be. I update with every weigh in, I'm just not sure how it will be maintained once I hit my goal and the number goes back up!0

i find it's easier to manually input my own number. the number i chose is the maintenance calories for my goal weight. this way i won't have to fiddle around with numbers or work out maintenance calories when i'm done0
