Hi, just wanted to pop in to say hello and tell you my story. Been heavy all my life, since high school. Currently, I am 43 and my highest weight was 310. I am currently at 267 and I continue to work out 4-5 days a week. Watching what I eat and feeling great.

The hardest thing for me is to find good recipes that are low sodium, low fat and good for you. One of the biggest things I realized was that I was using too much salt in my food. I cut that mostly out and also looking for a replacement spice for my food.

    hello have you googled some recipes? Go to WWW.RECIPE.COM you will be suprised the good menu they have on there and good luck with the rest of your weight loss.

    Fresh ground Pepper - more a blend of 4 types the just plain black pepper. I started using the sodium free Italian Spice blend and it helps a lot. I tend to make meals a little spicy to make up for the salt.

    Great Job on the loss so far! Keep it up!

    Where did you find the sodium free Italian Spice blend ?
