When I'm having a plateau I take two to three days off program and exercising and eat what I want then get straight back into it that usually does the trick0

Hi - I've had the same problem - I was not eating enough. I think your net might be too low. Have you calculated your BMR and TDEE? Try to net 15% less than your TDEE. Yes, it sounds like a lot of calories. You can increase your current calories by 100-200/day per week until you get to that goal. And it can take 4 to 8 WEEKS for your body to adjust, and in that time, the scale will probably be all over the place. But, once you're on track, and your metabolism is back up to where it should be, and you're fueling adequately and consistently, then you'll be back on track to losing the rest of your weight. There are a lot of women with the same issues of gaining and losing the same pounds over and over, when not even close to goal. There is a lot of information and success stories and strategies in the group 'Eat More to Weigh Less':

Yes, cardio will burn calories and create a deficit, but if you are not eating enough, your body could be catabolizing your muscle along with the fat, and that loss of muscle will slow your metabolism down. I would take a complete break from cardio for at least a week - give your body a chance to rest. Sometimes people will think to just do more, add more workouts, etc., when what you really need is to let your body rest. Taking a break from your diet (1-2 weeks) can also allow your hormones to return to a more normal level.
