Memorial Day IF Challenge

Memorial Day is 9 weeks away and I need a challenge that is not tied to weight.
You are welcome to join me in 9 weeks of one IF, (intermittent fast) a week. Now, if you do a search on fasts or intermittent fasts you will find Many kinds. I will be doing the type I prefer which is:
One day a week, for me usually Tuesday, I fast 18 hours. Basically I eat as usual Monday breakfast and lunch, stop eating at one pm and fast until breakfast the next day. Why? Two reasons, to practice discipline and to speed up my calorie deficit once a week for a period of time. I don't fast every week. I do it once in awhile as a challenge to myself and this time, to those who choose to participate.
( Added bonus to me is that Memorial Day will be my one year on MFP.)
