Pregnant and trying to follow doctors Orders

I have been on MFP for close to 6 months and about 3 weeks ago found out I was pregnant. At first I stopped my diet and kinda spazzed out and didn't eat well. After having my first official prenatal appt she put me on a 1800 calorie diet and told me to slow my exercising down but that I could do cardio (walking) and light weights. Everyday I feel like it is a challenge to hit the 1800 mark... I can easily do 1900 or 2000... it might be a mental thing, but for my first trimester I am finding it quite hard. Anybody pregnant or have been pregnant and found ways to eat healthy but not get sick?
