The Honeymoon Phase of the diet

I call it this for a few reasons,
1. Your not hungry during this time
2. Your exercise is going great and you feel energized
3. You think to yourself, this is to easy
4. Weight is coming off at a good pace
5. Why did I think this was so hard

Then you return frm your honeymoon and reality hits.
1. Where did the energy go
2. Why is my weight loss slowing or at a stop
3. Why am I thinking about pizza, barbeque, ice cream, burgers and beer
4. Why are my knees, back and feet killing me
5. Why is this so hard

If you make it through a coupke of these cycles, we just might have a chance.

    That's why it's so important to have fun! Learn recipes that are actually tasty -- home-made pizza or burgers aren't unhealthy! -- and find exercise you enjoy. Then you only have to worry about the fact you're kinda hungry, which is much easier to deal with by itself. >_o
