Do you ever have days where you just feel totally lazy, bloated and fat?
I have had a few of these days now and I find it really hard to find my "mojo"?
Anyone else?
Anyone have any motivation tricks?

I'm right there with you. I've been in the same funk all weekend. I did force myself to workout (a little) Friday and Saturday, but today has been another story. I would love to hear if anyone has any suggestions for this as well. Tomorrow is a new day, and I'm hoping to get my act together. I wish you luck and I feel you're frustration.

For me, I swear, I have a really low metabolism. I was eating 1200 cals a day and barely seeing results. Now I've "upped" my calories to my RMR and I'm working out, and I do feel better physically, but mentally and emotionally, I feel fat! lol.

Definitely have those days. Quite more often than I would like to admit. For me, I think of what I want to get out of this and it seems to help a lot. That and reminding myself there's a Hello Kitty bikini on HotTopic.com I want.
  • My weight literally can fluctuate up to 9 lbs off and on within a day, and it is so frustrating... as an example, i weighed myself before bed at 131lbs, and I just weighed myself again today at 139lbs. I actually struggle to not break down and absolutely hate myself, and I never really know what my true weight is, being completely time dependent, so I tend to never have any confidence in myself and it is such a struggle

I just stick with eating just soup, drink lots of water, and coffee too. Easy to process and kind of flushes out the system.
