Salt and sugar cravings... at set times each day?

I've noticed that just about every day after lunch (mid-afternoon) I tend to crave something salty. Then, after dinner... even if it was the most satisfying meal- I crave something sweet (whether it be fruit, milk, yogurt, or even flavored water).

Does anyone know if there is some type of significance to this relating to possible nutrition/vitamin deficiencies? I've heard that salt cravings could come from me tending to have a lower blood pressure range (consistently around 90-100/ 65-79).

I'm guessing it could just be normal cravings of the female body... :P... however just curious if anyone has thoughts or some knowledge to share on this.....

Thanks! :)

That is an interesting list, thanks for posting it.

I have troubled believing that my salt craving would be solved by raw goal milk or fish in the afternoon. lol ;) But I get what its saying. I'll have to see if my multivitamin contains any of these things that I am probably missing.
