INSANITY starting Mon. March 26!? Join me!

I'm starting INSANITY tomorrow, and can't wait! I've already done a few of the work outs on my own, but tomorrow I am starting the schedule. If anyone wants to join me, let's do it! Also, if you don't have the schedule - I could easily message it to you.

I'm also going to be following a pretty clean diet ... I'll be limiting myself to 2,000mg of sodium, but allowing for a cheat day on the weekend - it may vary since I have two weekends left in my weekend express class, so whichever day it's hard to eat healthy may just end up being my cheat day.


Here are my starting stats:

Weight: 168
Waist: 30.5
Stomach: 36.5
Hips: 43.5
Arms: 14
Thighs: 27

Body fat: 29.3%


Let's check in every few days and encourage each other, and we'll see how everyone's doing in two weeks when we have another fit test!

    I started today, I'll add you as a friend. I did the fit test and did pretty decent compared with the guys in the video. I also just joined one of the insanity groups.

    Ohh, this sounds like fun! I have been toying with the idea of giving it a try since we have the DVD's (my DH has done it) but havent really made the commitment. I would love to do it with others! Can you send me the schedule and add me? Thanks!

    I just started insanity yesterday too! I would love the support to keep my goal going! I don't want to give up on this one. :)

    I need to do my measurements but my start weight is 185!

    Okay, I know you are talking about the workout...it just made me giggle that you were asking people to join your insanity!

    I didn't get a chance to do the fit test last night, but since it's so short, tonight I'm going to do the fit test & day one's workout. I've already done the fit test since I sort of already started a few weeks ago. I was streaming the videos online, but after about 3 days, they stopped working, so I'm starting over legitimately with the DVDs, lol! If anyone else still needs the schedule, I'll just post it here:

    How's everyone doing? I doubled up my workouts last night since I didn't have time Monday to do my fit test ... ended up doing fairly well on the fit test - better than the first time a couple weeks ago when I "started" Insanity. Do we want to use the fit test for a way to gauge results as well? Here are mine!

    Switch kicks: 80
    Power jacks: 35
    Power knees: 60
    Power jumps: 30
    Globe jumps: 5
    Suicide jumps: 7
    Push-up jacks: 15
    Low plank oblique: 37


    Can't wait to do Cardio power & resistance tonight! I've done it before and liked it a lot. It's a killer!

    Low plank oblique: 65 (from 37)

    Not bad!! I'm very proud of myself. My eating has not been on par, so I haven't lost (might have gained) yet, but am back on my "diet" today, and hope to see some progress by next Monday!
