Hi all! Want to be friends?

Hi everyone! I am brand new to MFP but not to weight loss. I spent a very unhappy five or so years hovering around 205 lbs and convinced it could never be different. I have lost 50 lbs in the past year or so solely through changing my diet (which, ew, I really let myself eat like that?) and I feel so much better in every way, but I still have a bit I would like to lose and I very much want to start exercising regularly. Everything up until this point I have done alone, but oh-my-goodness I would love to make some friends who are going on similar journies!

  • I'm really ready n so excited to join u ladies n gents on this quest on the loosing weight challenged. So I have lost about 10 pnds so far :wink: n would love to loose at least 30 more. I've been doing short term goals as my husband suggested 5 pnds. @ a time instead of a significant number at once.
