HELP!!!!!

So okay let me calm down, Will someone please explaine whold calorie counting thing to me...i bought the book The Calorie King and i write down everything i eat and i'm only eating so i'm 5'6" and i weigh 161 so i'm over my BMI so can someone help a sista out....i'm doing the 4mph walk at home three times a week and i'm going to start Kettlebell classes so what do in need to do as far as calories?


Please help a Sista out!
