Mixing things up...

I've hit a MAJOR plateau even though i've been exercising a lot more than I used to - I love the gym and have no issues with spending a long time in their or working hard so i can't quite work out whats going wrong...

A typical gym for me would consist of: 2 minute walk warm up then 8 minutes of interval sprints (run 400m, jog/walk 200m). I'll then cycle at a moderate/fast pace (100-130rpm) for 10-15km (15-27minutes), i'll row 2000m (roughly 8 minutes) and then use the arm/butterfly circle machine for 5 minutes. This typically burns about 350 calories. I'll then do 20 minutes of strength training/resistance training - targeting my arms and legs. Finally, I do a 10 minute ab work out combining different crunches/planks etc. and in my 'rest' gaps i'll do squats/lunges or press ups. This happens four times a week.

Twice a week I do around 30 minutes of circuit training combined with the cardio above and purely ab work out.

I'm trying to start swimming 1000m twice a week but feel like I need to mix things up or completely change my work out.
I'm planning to start the 30 day shred on April 1st.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. My diary is open :)
