I only drink them after my weight lifting days for the extra protein which helps with muscle recovery..... and if i got enough protein with whole foods i wont drink one0

I drink them to add calories to my day/meal replacement (I don't eat breakfast...Makes me sick literally).....I weight lift just about every day so I need it to also help repair muscle. You don't have to drink protein shakes. Do whatever works for you!0
