I use to diet correctly. I use to eat all 1200 of my calories. When I restarted dieting I limited myself to 1000 which is fine, I ate alit of food. Now I'm lucky if I can eat 800 calories, lately its 500, and Im so hungry. I dont want to eat. To make matters worse Ive been cutting all unnecessary carbs. Its making my already small foods to to choose from even smaller. That isnt all, if I want to eat something thats carby or sweet, I have a terrible sweet tooth, I will wait until everyone is in bed and asleep and I binge and purge. It's the worst thing, I feel wrong afterwards. It allows me to have the sweet though.

I know what Im doing. I know what I'm doing isnt good, or healthy, or far from the correct way to diet. I know I need help. I am proud of myself for being able to recognize what Im doing. The problem is Idont know if I'm ready for help. I like the results im getting. I can't keep this inside me anymore I need to tell someone. Thanks for reading. Just pray for me please, I don't want criticism.

I really hope you can get beyond this and get back to healthier habits! Nothing wrong with a sweet here and there, so don't beat yourself up for it! It's ok! I have a horrible sweet tooth, and I have candy hidden all over the place. It's a scary thing to realize what you are doing, and know it's not a healthy habit!

Good luck to you, seek professional help if you can't get beyond this on your own! Please, for your own sake!

Prayers for you and absolutely no criticism here. It sounds like you want to do better so you CAN and WILL! I think an eating disorder support group would help tremendously if that is an option for you. Maybe connecting with a nutritionist on here will also help you determine a better plan of action to reach your goals. Best of luck to you! :flowerforyou:

I have not personally dealt w/ this type of behavior, but I'm sorry you are going through this. I think sometimes when we take control of our eating/lifestyle choices it becomes a great source of pride and even power for us. I guess you just have to use your control & "power" in a healthier way. Maybe focusing on fitness/exercise instead of restricting your calories so drastically. Sorry I don't have much insight to offer, but I will be praying someone can reach out to you. Hang in there!
