What am I doing wrong- need to shed the fat!

Hello all

I really need help....I have reduced my portion sizes slightly and I think I am noticing a small difference? But it’s not enough I still have all those unwanted bits. This is my typical food I intake-

Morning – co co pops - as from today I am going to change to all bran
Mid snack – apple, banana or 5-6 strawberries
Lunch – handful of chicken with salad in a wrap, can of diet coke
Tea – chicken, veg, rice- sometimes a weight watchers meal with a few more added vegetable

I tend to have a treat after tea but have reduced this to a miniature chocolate.

I run 3 times a week for 20-25 mins and generally active on weekends. What am I doing wrong? Is there anything I can do or change, am I not getting enough of something?

    Yea, you might need to provide more info if you would like some advice. Open your diary so we can see what a typical day is like for you food & exercise wise.

    Also, how long have you been doing this? How much weight do you have to lose? What do you have your goal weight & loss settings to?
