Thoughts on this circuit weights program..

I'm thinking of giving it a try for a month until the new New Rules for Lifting for Life comes out. Wondering what some of you heavy lifters thought about it. Thanks in advance! :)

    Looks overly complicated to do like 20 different excercises back to back.
    And the reverse hypers look rather awkward, not like a real one.

    You can give it a shot, but personally I like picking 3-4 excercsises per day, and going hard and heavy on them, instead of running around the gym with a clipboard so I can remember what comes next.

    I workout at home, so no running around. *lol* I'll just replace the hypers with ones on my exercise ball. It is more then I do now. I am mostly just looking for something different to do for a month. :) I appreciate you taking the time to answer my post.
