Today I had my annual physical and discovered that since I started running for exercise, my resting heart rate has dropped to 51. Last year's physical my resting heart rate was 72. Hooray for a healthy heart!

That is so amazing! I need to lower mine because it is crazy high. Is it just the running that worked for you?0

I'm thinking it must be the running, because that is really the only thing that is different since last year. I've been at maintenance weight for awhile, just trying to exercise more. I've been strength training for awhile, but picked up running in the last year.0
