I started drinking Isopure non-flavored with my smoothies that I make after my workout (banana, raspberry, and oranges in ice and water) and I've noticed that I gained a little weight. I didn't think I would considering the calorie count/carb amount is next to nothing.

Is it normal for this to happen at first? I do Insanity and am an avid runner (40 miles a week on average).
