Losing Inches

I know that it is nearly impossible to target where you want to lose from, but this is just insane. I have lost a total of 1.25 inches off of my waist, but 5 inches off of my hips!! This is just since the middle of Jan. (9 weeks). I don't understand why there hasn't been much coming from my waist. I do a good bit of Zumba and riding my stationary bike along with the occational kickboxing and JM videos. No, I do not do alot of crunches because I seem to pull something in my back everytime I try, but still! Does anyone have suggestions to help a little more with getting the inches to come from my waist? I really don't want to lose all of my butt!! :)

    You can't spot reduce, your fat will come off all over. Good luck!
