So I went over to a friends house. I have not seen this family since Christmas. I was talking to him and he was like "so I saw on Facebook your gonna run a race. Didn't know you were becoming a runner. I can tell though, you look like you have lost weight. " I told him I lost 20 lbs since January and he was like O I can tell
