In a RUT!!!

Ok, so I've been yo-yo'ing at the 20LB mark for about 3 weeks and can't seem to get out of this rut I'm in.....I need help!! Anyone have any suggestions on how to jumpstart my body back into weight loss mode?? :) Thanks in advance for your ideas!!

    What are the details of what you've been doing from a dietary and exercise standpoint?

    OMG! I was just venting to someone about the same problem. I'm stuck at 20lbs lost.... The scale fluctuates daily and I'm beginning to worry that it's more than just water weight.

    Honestly, I haven't "dieted" at all in the traditional since. I have refused to diet thus far and believe that now it's time to get tougher on myself. I want to lose at least 20 lbs. more. The only changes I've made so far are as follows:

    1. Increased water intake
    2. Portion control (still eat whatever I want) <~~~ Guess it's time to stop this :(
    3. Increased fruits and veggies
    4. Exercise consisting of mostly cardio,10# arm weight routines and ab work. <~~~ I just started kettlebell workouts

    I also have gradually improved my walking and can now jog for longer periods of time.

    I believe my painful truth is that I need to put down the hot wings and get back into more salads with scrumptious toppings like salmon, shrimp, chicken and yes steak!
