I have had a lapse in time of not posting foods or exercise. I've been bad the last month, but I'm back on track now. How do I make up for that lapse on here so that my reports are accurate? I started to just go back to the first day and do quick tools, adding how many calories I thought I may have consumed, but I was just guessing. Help?

I have had a lapse too but I am just going to pick up today and keep going....Yesterday is gone but today is a new chance to treat our temple.0
