Caloric Intake..

Greetings to all,
I am finally getting back on track, slowly but surely. I'm a vegetarian obsessed with staying healthy. Unfortunately, at 5'10" and 196 lbs my caloric intake was probably under a thousand a day, and I wasn't losing weight. God knows what the outcome would have been....starving ourselves is not what one may think.
Monitoring my intake with MFP submissions really restructured everything. Now no matter how difficult, I look forward to reaching my 2100 a day.
