Hi all. I just joined MFP yesterday and just started following the diet plan from the Biggest Loser 30-day Jump Start. I recently picked up this book at my local discounters and really like it. It emphasizes fresh, whole foods with visually appealing, colorful dishes. The average day's calories in this book is 1,500. After only a few days, I am feeling better overall with improved energy and mood. This book also encourages you to try different types of food. I'm not bored (and I bore of food quickly!)

I am looking to lose at least 35 lbs, increase energy and endurance and improve mood and patience while decreasing stress level.
