I need a challenge!!

I am at a stall

I want to loose 40 lbs in 5 months.

Anyone else out there like me?

    I want to lose 15 by the end of July.

    I've been thinking about doing one week of gym classes-cardio 4x a week, and then the alternating week, weight training in the morning and cardio at night.

    It'll be a long-term thing that will keep me from getting bored/ going off track/ getting lazy, etc.
